- Steel T-slot Plates. Our classic T-slot plates can be manufactured in many different dimensions. These plates are milled from solid C45/1.1730 tooling steel. They are thermally stress relieved and face milled. The advantages of C45 over cast iron plates is a higher tensile strength and toughness. A narrow T-slot pitch allows for a broad spectrum of applications and uses.
- RE15x75 Aluminum Extrusion Table Plate This Mini-Table Plate is just 15x75mm with 2 T slots on one side and 1 T slot on the other side. Ideal for use as a universal mounting platform.
1 x Titling Milling Table. The arc surface is finely polished for higher precision. 1 x Hand Wrench. Adjustable angle design, multi-style tools can be placed on the workbench. 1 x Cleaning Brush. Material: cast iron. T-Slot Fixture Plates. These plates have three T-slots for use with T-slot nuts, bolts, and setup studs. There is a slot along each side of the plate for mounting with clamps. Aluminum plates are lightweight and have mild corrosion resistance. Iron plates are heavy duty for long term use. Our aluminium T-slot plates are made of solid cast aluminium with a smooth underside, they can be suctioned onto a vacuum table or directly attached to machine in the traditional way.

Cast Iron Tooling Block simultaneously provides multiple faces to hold components accurately in the vertical plane for machining on Horizontal machining centres. Upon indexing of table a new face with new components is obtained for machining resulting in significant reduction of downtime by elimination of multiple set ups. Pallet mounting tooling blocks also enable simultaneous loading and unloading of multiple fixture plates thereby reducing total set up time. Tooling Blocks can also be used for vertical clamping of components on Horizontal Boring Machines, Milling Machines, Horizontal Jig Mills etc.

- Made from plain close-grained gray cast iron conforming to Grade FG: 260 of IS : 210 and having a hardness within 180 to 220 BHN.
- Castings stress relieved.
- Machined/ Hand scraped surface finish.
- Top vertical block is provided in two types of construction viz square block having four faces for job mounting and rectangular block having two faces for job mounting.
- Tooling Blocks working (Vertical Block) faces offered with either (or combinations upon request) - T-slots, Holes and plane face only.
- T-Slots are of 18mm and have H8 tolerance
- Tapped holes are of 16mm size. Helicoil inserts can also be provided, if required, at extra cost,
- Bottom base provided with counter bored holes for fixing / clamping on machine pallet
- Offered in two grades of accuracies as under.
Grade 1: Flatness, squareness and parallelity of vertical working faces within 20 microns over 300 mm. Equality of depth of vertical faces from sides within 50 microns.
Grade 2: Flatness, squareness and parallelity of vertical working faces within 50 microns over 300 mm. Equality of depth of vertical faces from sides within 150 microns.

JASH Cast Iron Tilting Tables are a useful accessory for setting work at an angle for milling or other operations. The tables have machined T-slots along length and can swing up to 45 degrees on either side. For setting purposes a degree scale, reading minimum one degree, is graduated on the end face of the cylindrical base itself. This ensures better setting accuracy. The table is set manually to the required tilt and is locked in the set position by means of two locking clamps held through bolts.

JASH Cast Iron Sub Table is used on a machining centre as ready fixture plates for tooling up. They allow easy, faster and repetitive setup on machine pallet and reduce changeover time thereby minimizing loss of operating time. They also help in protecting the surface of machine pallet and can also be used as sub-plates to provide space for the work setting.
